The Small Atlas method

Strength, mapped to you.

No bootcamp theatrics. We find the right level of challenge, build useful habits and keep the plan clear enough to follow on a busy week.

01 / NOTICE

Start with the whole picture

We look at how you move, what you enjoy and what your week can genuinely hold.

02 / BUILD

Practice the essentials

Good form, repeatable movements and a steady increase in confidence do the heavy lifting.

03 / KEEP

Make progress livable

Your training should support your days away from the gym, not take them over.

Ways to train

Choose your route.

Every route begins with a conversation. We will work out what kind of support makes sense before you commit to a plan.

“The goal is not to become someone else. It is to feel more at home in your own body.”

A note from your coach

Small Atlas is built around patient coaching. You do not need to arrive fit, flexible or certain. Bring your questions and we will take the next useful step together.

Good to know

Before we begin.

A few straight answers for the questions people usually bring to a first conversation.

Do I need previous training experience?

No. Sessions can begin with the basics and progress at a pace that feels appropriately challenging.

What should I bring to a first session?

Comfortable clothes, water and any context you think matters. We will handle the plan and equipment.

Can we work around an old injury?

Tell us about it before training. We can adapt exercises, but medical clearance and clinical care come first where needed.

How does remote coaching work?

You receive a clear plan and a simple way to share questions and session feedback so adjustments stay useful.

Will every session leave me sore?

No. The aim is productive training you can recover from, not soreness as a scorecard.

How much commitment should I expect?

That depends on the route we choose. We will agree on a realistic starting rhythm during your enquiry.

Start with a question

Let’s find your route.

Share a little about where you are and what you want training to make easier. You will hear back with a thoughtful next step.
